A SIMPLE FOUR STEP PROCESS...
1. Pick your favourite design collection by either shopping directly online OR if you prefer to email us your event date and guest number, we can do an invoice and book you in. *Full payment will be required so we can get cracking.

2. Send us your customisation requirements eg. colours, wording, shapes etc. The base design is already done, which speeds up the design process. Because of this, we even welcome last minute brides. *Please allow us a minimum of 7-10 working days for customisation & printing from day of purchase.

3. We’ll jump on the customising and send you a proof mockup to check and approve before we print or produce anything. *You can make up to 2 sets of changes on tweaking colours, wording or spelling.

4. You approve it and we hit print! We’ll do our magic and produce, sort, and pack your items ready for you to collect OR we courier. And done!

Of course! Because all our design collections are ready-to-go, we only need to customise it for you, so this allows us to speed up the process and we can work with a tight deadline of 2 weeks from start to finish. If you need something sooner than that, please chat with us and we’ll always see how we can assist you. Please note a 35% rush service fee may apply if you fall under this lead time.

Kindly take note: most of our products are made to order and can take 7-10 working days until your order is sent off to you. Timeframes will depend on your product/s and whether it is being custom designed, as this can take longer.

Delivery can take a further 3-5 working days, please take this into account as well. Details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We take pride and extra special care when it comes to personalising & designing your items. The price includes a semi-custom design mockup of your chosen items for you to approve colours, wording, shape etc before we go into printing & production. This helps us to avoid any mistakes or miscommunication. This also takes time which is why it has been factored into our prices.

Most of our products cannot be returned, as they are specially ordered & personalized for you. Please make sure you are happy with your products and customised selections (wording, font, colours etc) before checkout.

On non-custom items, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We require full payment before starting work on any project for semi-custom collection jobs (50% deposit for custom design jobs).
All outstanding payments are due before any files / stationery / products can be handed over to you or sent to you. Kindly note, whenever placing your order with less than 2 weeks to spare, full payment will be due.
